2. User Accounts

Your display name, profile picture, and bio are visible to other users. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity, through your profile information.
3. Content & Conduct
The Service allows you to post, stream, upload, and share content including videos, live streams, photos, text, and comments (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant mukbangs.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the Service.
You agree not to post or transmit User Content that:
- Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy
- Promotes eating disorders, dangerous eating behaviors, or content that glorifies harm to one's health
- Contains sexually explicit material, nudity, or graphic violence
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains spam, phishing attempts, malware, or unauthorized advertising
- Harasses, bullies, or targets other users based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Involves content featuring minors in any inappropriate or exploitative context
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
During live streams, hosts are responsible for moderating their chat and stream content. We provide moderation tools but are not liable for real-time content that has not yet been reviewed.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of mukbangs.com and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits mukbangs.com.
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at copyright@mukbangs.com. Your notice must include identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.
5. Monetization & Payments
Eligible creators may monetize their content through tips, virtual gifts, subscriptions, and other revenue features offered by the Service. To access monetization features, creators must meet eligibility requirements as outlined in our Creator Program terms.
Tips and virtual gifts are voluntary contributions from viewers to creators. mukbangs.com retains a platform fee of 20% on all tips and gift transactions. The remaining 80% is credited to the creator's earnings balance.
Payouts are processed monthly for creators with a minimum balance of $50 USD. Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings. mukbangs.com may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.
All purchases of virtual currency, gifts, or premium subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash except through our official creator payout process.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your User Content may remain on the Service unless you request its deletion. We will make reasonable efforts to delete your content within 30 days of a deletion request, though cached or archived copies may persist for a limited period.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
mukbangs.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any User Content, products, or services advertised or offered by third parties through the Service.
Any food consumption shown on the platform is at the viewer's and creator's own risk. mukbangs.com is not responsible for any health consequences resulting from attempting to replicate eating challenges or food consumption depicted on the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUKBANGS.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MUKBANGS.COM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).
